How long will my repair take?
Most of the repairs performed by Good Hands Appliances technicians are done within one day, but are heavily dependent on availability of required spare parts. If the repair will require special order parts, the technician will provide you with the projected time frame of the repair, take care of the ordering process, and reschedule a convenient time for the completion of the repair.
Can I receive an over the phone repair quote?
A very limited number of issues with appliances can be properly diagnosed over the phone. As a general rule, we refrain from providing any repair quotes over the phone. The idea is to avoid promising a certain amount for the repair, and having to change the estimate once the issue is properly diagnosed on the customer’s premise.
How soon can you dispatch an appliance repair technician to my house?
We strive to service all of our customers the same day, however if you contact us in the later part of the day, our ability to dispatch immediately diminishes.
What warranty is offered on the repair?
Good Hands Appliance Repair offers 1-year warranty on all of its repairs. This includes all labor and parts. If the repair we make fails within one year, give us a call, have the invoice available and we will be glad to service your appliance at no charge.
Can I contact you for an emergency repair?We do offer emergency repair services on weekends and during the holidays. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Some urgent emergency service will require a higher service fee. The amount of the service call will be determined by the circumstances and time sensitivity of the request.
